These terms govern use of the Luchy's Dog Grooming website. Appointment-specific pricing, safety requirements, cancellation rules and service terms presented during booking also apply.

Website information

We aim to keep service, price and coverage information current, but availability and final pricing are not guaranteed until confirmed. Starting prices may change based on dog size, breed, coat condition, temperament, requested style and time required.

Appointments

An online request is not a completed appointment until accepted or confirmed through the booking process. Customers must provide accurate contact, location, pet health and behavior information. We may decline or stop a service when continuing would be unsafe for the dog or groomer.

Health information

Website content is general information and is not veterinary advice. Cosmetic grooming or teeth-cleaning services do not replace veterinary examination, diagnosis or treatment.

Intellectual property

The Luchy's name, website copy, branding and original photographs may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

Booking, payment, maps, social media and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. Luchy's is not responsible for third-party outages or content.
